Product Sourcing & Import Timeline

All products are sourced from trusted suppliers in Australia.
Due to international procurement:

  • Import processing may take 3–7 business days

  • Customs clearance timelines may vary based on regulations

  • Some products may arrive in India in batches depending on stock availability

We ensure all imports are legally compliant and properly inspected.

Order Processing Time (Within India)

Once the products arrive in India and are stocked in our warehouse:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is packed and ready for dispatch

Domestic Shipping Duration 

Domestic delivery within India takes:

  • 3–7 business days depending on your location

  • Remote areas may require additional time

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on:

  • Delivery address

  • Order weight

  • Courier partner
    Final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on selected products or minimum order values.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in India:

  • A tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email

  • You can track your package in real time through our courier partner’s website

International Delays & Customs

Since products are imported from Australia:

  • Customs checks may occasionally delay restocking timelines

  • These delays do not impact orders that are already shipped within India

  • In rare cases, restocking delays may affect pre-orders or out-of-stock items

We will notify customers if any major import delay affects their orders.
